Welcome to PremiereDoc.com, INC. By using our services you are agreeing to comply with our terms of service and are legally bound by this agreement. Any misuse of our services or infringement of these rules will result in full prosecution in the court of law. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be enabled to use our services. The terms "us" or "we" or "our" refers to PremiereDoc, INC. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our services.

1. Services Provided

PremiereDoc.com is an extensive network of health care providers and patients. It serves as a real-time appointment management system for health care providers and patients. In addition to these services, PremiereDoc allows patients to schedule medical appointments with health care providers online instantly. Also, PremiereDoc.com creates a means of communication between health care providers through our Referrals system, allowing health care providers to make referrals to other health care providers. PremiereDoc.com is solely a median for appointment scheduling and managing. PremiereDoc.com does not provide online diagnoses or treatments. Patients and health care providers may log-on to view appointments anywhere internet is available, creating ease of access. PremiereDoc.com, using a virtually unbreakable 256-bit encrypted database, stores appointment records for up to 10 years, easily available to the patient, health care provider, and legal authorities.

2. Health Care Providers

PremiereDoc.com verifies every registered health care provider manually, to ensure the validity and the legitimacy of the credentials of the health care provider. PremiereDoc.com does this by verifying the name, address, phone number, state license number, and specialty of the registered health care provider. This is done with-in 48 hours of registering. If any inconsistency is discovered in the information provided by the registrant, the account will be deactivated, and the health care provider will be notified immediately. If any appointments have been scheduled with the specific health care provider, patients will be notified of the issue, and all appointments will be cancelled. Identity theft, practicing without a license and impersonation of health care providers is against the law, and involved persons will be prosecuted.

Misuse of our services as a health care provider is prohibited. As stated in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), misuse of patient information is against the law and all persons involved will be prosecuted. Minimal patient information is required by PremiereDoc. The information requested is solely for patient recognition and verification. As a health care provider, you should not provide diagnoses or treatments to patients online.

3. Patients

As a patient scheduling an appointment with a health care provider through our service, you are held reliable for the scheduled appointment. Scheduling false appointments is prohibited and your account will be suspended. Persons committing identity fraud and impersonations will be prosecuted. As a patient, your information is protected and may not be used for any other reasons than stated in the Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy.

4. Use of Services

Our services are non-commercial. As a health care provider or patient you are prohibited from using our services for commercial purposes such as advertisement. Any unlawful usage of our services will consequently result in account deactivation, and if needed, prosecution in court of law.

All contents of PremiereDoc.com, including logos, text, images and other information are protected under copyright laws and other international treaties. Any infringement of these laws will result in full prosecution. Logos are trademarks of PremiereDoc.com and may not be used commercially for any reason, unless given written permission by the owner of the content.

5. Liability

PremiereDoc.com does not take responsibility for the actions, diagnoses, or treatments of health care providers, and the actions of patients. PremiereDoc.com is a median for appointment management and provides a network of communication for health care providers. PremiereDoc.com strives to eliminate unlawful or prohibited use of our services, but does not take responsibility for the actions of its users.

6. No spam or advertisement without prior consent

PremerieDoc.com does not allow "spam" on this site, any and all attempts will result in a cancelation on profile and possible litigation. All advertisement must be approved by Premierdoc.com.

7. Guarantees or Warranties

Premieredoc.com does not guarantee or provide any warranties. The website is "as is" and therefore any problems are not the responsibility of premieredoc.com. Although the problemwill be taken into consideration there is NO WARRANTIE, that will GUARANTEE flaws or errors that may occur. Premieredoc.com hereby disclaims all warranties including statutory warranties.

8. Medical Advice

Premieredoc.com does not give medical advice, or provide treatment/diagnosis. In an Emergency CALL 911, Premieredoc.com does not accept responsibility for doctors or patients who use this website under an EMERGENCY condition. DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCY NEEDS, CALL 911! Premieredoc.com does not endorse any persons or products through this website.

10. Termination

If you violate any of the terms of use, your account will be terminated without notification. There will be no exceptions to termination. Reinstatement after termination will not be considered, please you the website responsibly.

11. Indemnification

By using this website you agree to hold blameless and harmless us, our employees, contractors, board of directors, officers of this company or sister companies, from all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses including lawyer fees of your own expense. Premieredoc.com will not be held responsible for any wrong doing by any third party including patients and doctors.

12. Complete Agreement

This agreement between you and us is binding including the Privacy Policy. By violating any portion of these agreements you hereby surrender your legal rights to litigation against this company and its sister companies. The terms of this agreement are part of your choice to use the website.

13. Eligibility

You must be 18 years old to use this website. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the website given your parent or guardian agrees to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. on your behalf, with exception to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Children under the age of 13 may not use the website. If you are under the age of 13 do not use this website, If you are over 13 years of age and under 18 years of age your guardian or parent must agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.. This web application is for users in the United States. All users in foreign countries cannot hold any say against this company.
